Baltimore Police Caught One of Their Own Officers Making Up Traffic Stops

Baltimore police secretly followed Officer Dequwan Houchins during four shifts in April–May. He recorded eight fake traffic stops along with nine real ones and filed no required body-camera video for any stop. A December review first spotted the made-up entries in the department's computer system. Houchins faces nine charges; he denies the allegations.
