Jewish Patients Avoiding NHS Care Due to Discrimination

An investigation found that some Jewish patients are skipping or delaying hospital visits because of antisemitism in the NHS. The review documented discrimination against both Jewish staff and patients. The government is now requiring all 205 English hospital groups to provide training on preventing discrimination and is tightening rules to punish workers who treat patients unfairly.
