Seven companies recalled sexual enhancement supplements in the first half of 2026 after FDA laboratory testing confirmed undeclared sildenafil, tadalafil, and flibanserin. Products included Boner Bear Honey, WAP Sensual Enhancement Capsules, and multiple chocolate formulations. Sildenafil and tadalafil can trigger life-threatening blood pressure drops when combined with nitrate medications used for heart conditions. Flibanserin, normally a prescription drug for low sexual desire, bypasses medical oversight when hidden in supplements.
