Microsoft Moves Copilot to Always-On Suggestions in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Microsoft has rolled out a Dynamic Action Button across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint that surfaces proactive Copilot suggestions based on document context, shifting from manual invocation to ambient AI assistance. The consolidated entry point appears at the bottom right of the applications on Windows, Mac, and web platforms. Users can reposition the button through docking controls or move it back to the ribbon.
