Meta Monitors Employee Keystrokes to Train AI Agents

Meta has launched a program capturing granular behavioral data—keystroke timing, mouse movements, clicks, and application usage—from employees' corporate devices to train AI agents for workplace automation. The initiative differs from traditional external user monitoring by using internal workforce interactions as training datasets. The data enables AI systems to replicate human computer workflows in real workplace conditions rather than synthetic environments.
