Google Brings Photo-to-Video Generation to Gemini Subscribers Worldwide

Google has expanded Gemini's generative capabilities to include photo-to-video conversion, powered by the Veo 3 model. The feature generates eight-second videos with sound from static images and is now available to AI Pro subscribers across 150+ countries. Pro subscribers can generate three videos daily; Ultra subscribers, five. The daily caps reflect substantial computational costs inherent in processing thousands of frames through diffusion models and content-moderation filters.
