Einride to Acquire EV Charging Startup Flipturn for $38M in Stock

Einride agreed to acquire EV charging software startup Flipturn in a $38 million all-stock deal, expected to close in July 2026. The acquisition is Einride's first as a public company following its June 9 Nasdaq debut via SPAC merger. Flipturn, founded in 2022, raised $15.5 million in venture funding and brings a 17-person team and OCPP-compliant charging management platform.
