
Lobbyists Charging Up to $600,000 to Push for Presidential Pardons Under Trump
NPR reported on July 19, 2026, that lobbying firms are charging as much as $600,000 to advocate for presidential pardons under the second Trump administration. NOTUS documented a separate case in which an individual named Schwartz paid lobbyists nearly $1.1 million before being pardoned in November. CBS News reported Mo Strategies earned $500,000 from its first pardon client.
