Anthropic, PBC filed a public registration statement on Form S-1 with the SEC on October 26, 2026, relating to a proposed initial public offering. The filing follows a confidential draft submitted in June. It does not set price or offering size. Reuters reported marketing to investors is expected the week of November 9.
