Anthropic Files Public S-1 for Proposed IPO

Anthropic, PBC, filed its public S-1 registration statement with the SEC on October 26, 2026, for a proposed initial public offering (IPO). The S-1 is the main disclosure document filed before selling shares. The filing follows a confidential draft submitted in June. It sets no price or offering size. Reuters reports investor marketing is expected the week of November 9.
