Neil Young sues Trump 47 Committee over "Rockin' in the Free World"

Neil Young has sued Trump 47 Committee Inc., the joint fundraising committee for President Donald Trump, over the use of his 1989 hit "Rockin' in the Free World". The copyright complaint, filed in Virginia federal court, seeks $10 million in damages and an injunction, a court order to stop further use. Young says he never granted a public performance license.
