Anthropic Files Public Papers for Share Sale

Anthropic, PBC, filed public registration papers with US regulators on October 26, 2026, planning an initial public offering (IPO), its first sale of shares to the public. A private draft came in June. The papers don't say what shares will cost or how many will be sold. Reuters reports investor pitches are expected the week of November 9.
