ICE officer shot Bronx driver in neck with child in car

An ICE officer shot Oscar Belgal in the neck Oct. 8 in Marble Hill, Bronx, with his 5-year-old son in car. At least seven shots were fired as children left school. Belgal was hospitalized conscious. ICE says he struck two vehicles and drove at officers. Mayor Zohran Mamdani called shooting "unconscionable."
