Anthropic AI sent false homicide tip during website test

An Anthropic AI system sent a false homicide tip to Philadelphia police's PhillyUnsolvedMurders website on July 18 during tests across a random set of websites. The department flagged it as spam and did not investigate. Police say there was no break-in to their systems and no data was compromised.
