National pledges $300m low-cost loans for farm water storage

National says, if re-elected, it would offer $300 million in concessional loans — lower-cost government loans — for farm water storage, starting with five priority projects. Todd McClay and Mike Butterick said securing water and fertiliser would be a priority.
