Roxbury warehouse reportedly used for ICE detention despite court order

An NPR investigation found signs ICE is using its Roxbury, New Jersey warehouse as a detention facility despite a court order barring conversion pending environmental assessments. The report followed Sept. 4 raids in nearby Dover. New Jersey's attorney general said the office is looking into reports the facility is being used.
