Report: ICE using Roxbury warehouse for detention despite court order

An NPR investigation found signs that ICE is using its warehouse in Roxbury, New Jersey, to hold detainees, despite a court order blocking such use until environmental reviews are done. The report came after Sept. 4 raids in nearby Dover. New Jersey's attorney general said the office is looking into the reports.
