Renee Good's family sues U.S. government over fatal ICE shooting

Becca Good and Brent Ganger filed suit against the United States under the Federal Tort Claims Act over the Jan. 7 fatal shooting of Renee Good, 37, by an ICE officer in Minneapolis. The suit alleges battery, assault, false imprisonment and negligence. The shooting occurred during Operation Metro Surge, an immigration enforcement sweep.
