Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said September 30, 2026, Saudi Arabia will not compromise on security amid Houthi attacks. Speaking on behalf of King Salman at the Shura Council, he said the kingdom 'will not hesitate to respond firmly to any threat or attack aimed at undermining' its security, while pursuing de-escalation. He said Houthis chose 'chaos and destruction'.
