Ethiopia accuses Sudan, Egypt, Eritrea of backing push to oust Abiy

Ethiopian army chief Birhanu Jula accused Sudan and Egypt of backing an armed alliance seeking to remove Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, with Eritrea acting as go-between.
