Alaska governor says 'zero chance' of U.S. invasion of Canada

Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy told a business audience in Banff, Alta., there is 'zero chance' of the United States invading Canada. He said military action is unthinkable to him and average Americans and that he was stunned Prime Minister Mark Carney had planned for that risk. Carney told The New York Times he examined invasion as an 'extreme tail risk.'
