Immigration automation fault skipped officer checks

More than 55 visitor visas and employer Job Checks were automatically approved with no officer review, RNZ reported. Immigration New Zealand said its ADEPT processing system ran an automated step twice. It has told Immigration Minister Erica Stanford. ADEPT is part of the $336m Our Future Services programme.
