Education Secretary 'not happy' over official's advice to avoid OIA

Secretary for Education Ellen MacGregor-Reid says she is "not happy" after a leaked video showed official Dr Catherine Law telling staff not to put advice to Education Minister Erica Stanford's office in writing to avoid OIA release. She told RNZ's Morning Report she could not explain the comments, said they were wrong, and has commissioned a review.
