Chapek blames Iger for 2022 Disney dismissal in memoir

Former Disney CEO Bob Chapek says Bob Iger is the "real reason" he was dismissed in November 2022, writing in "Behind the Castle Walls", due 29 September, that Iger "seemed to initiate a relentless three-year campaign to push me out". Chapek told Variety he believes Iger wanted the job back. Iger and Disney declined to comment, Variety reported.
