Judge orders Trump administration to restore White House access for CNN, Politico, MS Now

U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Kelly ordered the Trump administration to immediately return White House press passes to CNN, Politico and MS Now. Kelly ruled the Sept. 18 ban was likely unconstitutional and issued a 14-day temporary restraining order while the outlets' First Amendment lawsuit proceeds. The order restores access but does not decide the case finally.
