Judge Says White House Must Let Three News Teams Back In

A judge ordered the Trump White House to immediately give press passes — badges for reporters to work inside — back to CNN, Politico and MS Now. Judge Timothy J. Kelly said the Sept. 18 ban likely violated the Constitution and paused it for 14 days while the news outlets’ free-press lawsuit continues. The final decision is still to come.
