Private investigator says he surveilled former NSW MP David Elliott for Toplace

Former AFP officer Shane de Kauwe told NSW's ICAC he surveilled ex-Liberal MP David Elliott on instructions from Toplace executive Sharangan Maheswaran, installing a static camera in 2022 billed at $15,000. Elliott is not accused of wrongdoing. The testimony was given in Operation Rosny, which examines alleged $2M illegal donations from developer Jean Nassif.
