Miliband briefed foreign ministers on suppressed UK climate-security report

UK Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband presented a suppressed Joint Intelligence Committee assessment on climate and ecosystem collapse to EU, Kenyan and other foreign ministers at a private meeting during the UN General Assembly in New York. Downing Street suppressed the report last October; a redacted, partly blacked-out version was issued in January under the Freedom of Information Act.
