Motorola's first Wear OS watch trades 13-day battery for 50 hours at double the price

Motorola's Moto Watch Ultra, launching September 10th at $349.99, is the company's first Wear OS device. It runs a Snapdragon W5 Plus Gen 1, with LTE, dual-band GPS, and Polar health tracking. The trade-off: 50 hours of battery versus 13 days on the $149.99 Moto Watch (2026), which uses a proprietary low-power OS. Motorola has not explained how Gemini and Qira, both onboard, will coexist.
