TikTok announced on September 3, 2026 that comments now support voice messages up to one minute, polls with up to five options, nine-photo carousels, and Live Photos. A single comment can now carry nearly the media richness of a full post. The platform processes over 1.7 billion comments daily. Voice comments are restricted to users 18 and older.
