Rough sleeper dies outside Justice Minister Paul Goldsmith's Auckland office

A rough sleeper has died outside the Epsom electorate office of Justice Minister Paul Goldsmith. Police were called to the scene at 7.50am on 28 August after the person was found unresponsive and later pronounced dead. Police said the death is not believed to be suspicious. Goldsmith described the death as "incredibly distressing." His office referred further questions to police.
