Palo Alto startup Hoomanely has launched EverBowl, a $29-per-month feeding station with on-device AI that tracks dogs' eating speed, chewing sounds, facial thermals, and oral motion to flag potential illness. Roughly 50 units have shipped. Hoomanely says it lacks independent sensitivity and false-positive data and is now running formal veterinary studies to validate alerts.
