Nvidia in Talks to Buy Hugging Face for Over $13 Billion

Nvidia is in talks to acquire Hugging Face for more than $13 billion, Business Insider reported. Hugging Face, a hub for open-source AI models, last raised $235 million at a $4.5 billion valuation in August 2023, with backing from Amazon, Google, Nvidia, IBM, and Salesforce. The reported price would be nearly triple that valuation.
