NSW ICAC heard Anita Perrottet acted as a "conduit" for $661,000 in payments — matching her husband Charles Perrottet's alleged one-third share of $2 million three men anticipated from fugitive developer Jean Nassif. ICAC is investigating whether Charles Perrottet, Christian Ellis and Jeremy Greenwood took prohibited political donations from Nassif's company Toplace between 2020 and 2023.
