Intuit Projects TurboTax Revenue Growth to Plunge from 7% to 2–3% in Fiscal 2027
Intuit forecast TurboTax revenue growth of just 2%–3% for fiscal 2027, down from 7% expected in 2026, per Reuters. CEO Sasan Goodarzi said price is now the top reason customers leave TurboTax. Free-filing users fell from 8 million to 7 million year over year. The company is betting AI-driven productivity and a 17% workforce cut can sustain margins despite slowing growth in its flagship product.
