Ventures Platform closes oversubscribed $83M second fund, nearly doubling Fund I

Nigeria-based Ventures Platform has closed an oversubscribed $83 million second fund, nearly doubling its $46 million Fund I (2022). The final tally exceeded both the $75 million target and a $64 million interim close. Founding partner Kola Aina's firm will write checks of up to $3 million across fintech, healthcare, and SaaS, deploying capital over three to four years.
