Apple's M5 Ultra Reaches 512GB Unified Memory via Quad-Die UltraFusion

Apple's M5 Ultra, announced August 25, 2026, merges two dual-die M5 Max chips via next-generation UltraFusion into a quad-die package — a first for M-series SoCs.
