Federal Labor MP Luke Gosling charged with breaching bail over alleged NT Administrator assault

NT Police charged federal Labor MP Luke Gosling with breaching bail conditions allegedly committed on 14 August, weeks after his arrest for assaulting NT Administrator David Connolly. Gosling's spokesperson denies he attended any event with Connolly that day and says he received only a summons. Opposition leader Angus Taylor called on PM Albanese to stand Gosling down as special envoy. He is due in court on 30 September.
