Two B.C. Conservative MLAs leaving to form new provincial party
B.C. MLAs Ian Paton (Delta South) and Peter Milobar (Kamloops-Centre) say they are forming a new provincial party, with Milobar as interim leader, after both left the Conservative caucus this month. Paton said the party's direction under leader Kerry-Lynne Findlay no longer aligns with his beliefs. They plan to register with Elections BC before the fall legislative session.
