UK 'world first' offender restriction zones launch in October without operational detail, survivors say

In October, England and Wales will introduce GPS-monitored restriction zones confining serious sexual and violent offenders to areas of a few miles, with victims helping set boundaries. The MoJ calls it a "world first." But survivors and campaigners, including Rhianon Bragg and Hetti Barkworth-Nanton, say the government has not explained how the zones will work. A requested pre-launch meeting has not taken place.
