Father of Navy Sailor Deployed Aboard USS Abraham Lincoln Detained by ICE

Border Patrol arrested Luis Manuel Aviles Roa, a Nicaraguan national, in Key West while he awaited the return of his son Joshua, a sailor aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln, deployed over nine months in the Middle East during the Iran war. DHS said he entered the US illegally and remains in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.
