Prime Minister Andy Burnham did not attend Sarah Burwin's wedding on 21 August at Manchester's No 10 North after she asked him in a TikTok video—viewed nearly 1.5 million times—to stay away, fearing his security detail would disrupt her photographs. Burnham sent a recorded video message instead. The building also houses Manchester's public register office.
