EU's Kallas Pledges Broadest Russia Sanctions Since War Began After Kryvyi Rih Drone Strike

EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas condemned a Russian double-tap drone strike on a Kryvyi Rih shopping centre that killed 16 and wounded over 130 as "terror by design." She pledged to propose the most far-reaching Russia sanctions listings since the war began when EU foreign ministers meet in Ireland in September.
