FromSoftware's The Duskbloods, a Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive, puts eight players in a competitive multiplayer action RPG as vampiric characters called the Bloodsworn. The studio behind Dark Souls and Elden Ring previously limited multiplayer to asynchronous invasions within single-player progression. A global network test is scheduled for later in August; the game is listed for 2026 release.
