Leaked Analysis: Reform UK Welfare Plan Would Cut Up to £10,000/Year From Terminally Ill and Disabled

A leaked government analysis shows Reform UK's plan to replace disability benefits with a flat-rate £429.80/month "health security allowance" would cost even people with terminal illness, blindness, or profound learning disabilities up to £10,000 a year. The analysis estimates 250,000 more people, including 50,000 children, would fall into relative poverty. Reform UK proposes cutting £50bn annually from the benefits bill — ten times what Labour failed to pass last year.
