Five years after Apple named them as partners, Oklahoma and Utah IDs finally surface in Wallet code

Apple named Oklahoma and Utah as Wallet ID partners in September 2021. Five years later, they are only now appearing in Apple Wallet code, with no launch date confirmed. State procurement and legislative processes — not Apple's technology — have governed the pace. Digital IDs are live in 15 jurisdictions; these four additions would bring the total to 19.
