Hipkins refuses to rule out streaming tax or Clean Car Discount revival

Labour leader Chris Hipkins answered "No" when asked whether he could rule out a new levy on streaming services such as Netflix or a revival of the Clean Car Discount. National finance spokesperson Nicola Willis had demanded clarity on both, citing Labour MP Reuben Davidson's streaming levy proposal and Michael Wood's backing of the car discount. Hipkins dismissed the attacks as "just desperation."
