Petlibro's Local Feeding Guarantee Failed During Cloud Outage

Petlibro's product pages state that feeding schedules are stored locally and continue running when devices lose connectivity. During the August 11–12, 2026 outage, users reported that scheduled feedings did not execute, fountains stopped pumping water, and litter boxes stopped cleaning. Petlibro has not explained why locally stored schedules failed to run.
