D'Addario confirmed on August 12 that Suno Studio was used to regenerate a track in its NYXL guitar string promo video, reversing denials posted July 29. An internal review confirmed the finding after YouTuber Rhett Shull examined the original Logic session files. D'Addario apologized for deleting critics' comments during the denial period and announced a disclosure requirement for future generative AI use.
