75% of Britons Say They Share Values — But 65% Say Britain Has Never Been More Divided

A Public First study of 6,000 Britons found three-quarters believe the British people share common values — hard work, fair play, and community — spanning 70% of Reform UK voters to 83% of Labour-leaning ones. Yet over 65% say post-Brexit Britain is more divided than ever, and fewer than one in three feel hopeful about the UK's future. Sunder Katwala of British Future noted Britons have grown "more discomfited by how divided they feel."
